Coaxial Internal Bore Laser Cladding Head
The Ø55 Internal Bore Laser Cladding Head is specifically designed for deep pipe and small-diameter internal cladding applications. Featuring a fully water-cooled body and powder nozzle, it ensures superior thermal management and stable long-term operation under high-power laser conditions.
Its compact and lightweight structure minimizes shaft deflection, while the horizontal fiber interface supports flexible internal and external diameter laser cladding. Dual side powder feeding achieves up to 85% powder utilization, improving efficiency and reducing material cost.
Integrated nozzle gas shielding protects optics from contamination, and the drawer-style protective window allows fast maintenance. With adjustable circular beam profile and optional vision monitoring, this head delivers precise, reliable internal bore laser cladding performance.
