Quad-coaxial powder nozzle for four-channel laser cladding and powder delivery systems
  • High Powder Utilization:
The quad-coaxial powder nozzle delivers a powder spot diameter of 1.5–3.5 mm with a powder focus distance of approximately 20 mm. It supports laser cladding processes with a powder feed rate of 20–45 g/min and a maximum deposition area of 0.45 m² per hour, achieving powder utilization rates above 85%, optimized for industrial cladding efficiency.
  • Efficient Water Cooling:
The nozzle features a separated base and cone design, made from high-quality copper with multiple water-cooling channels. This ensures effective circulating water cooling and stable long-term operation during high-power laser cladding.
  • Excellent Cladding Performance:
Using the quad-coaxial nozzle ensures high powder utilization and precise powder delivery. It stabilizes the melt pool, provides uniform cladding tracks, and is compatible with various laser heads and laser sources for consistent deposition quality.
  • Low Maintenance Cost:
The powder outlets are made of high-hardness wear-resistant polymer materials, extending service life. Replacement of small powder tubes is quick and inexpensive, reducing operational costs.
