The Dual-Hopper Intelligent Rotary Powder Feeder is a precision-engineered powder delivery system designed for laser cladding, laser metal deposition (LMD), and directed energy deposition (DED) applications. Featuring dual 6L powder hoppers and a high-accuracy rotary feeding mechanism, it delivers stable and repeatable powder flow from 0.3–350 g/min with excellent consistency.
An integrated powder drying and heating system prevents moisture-related clogging, ensuring smooth operation in demanding industrial environments. The intelligent touchscreen interface enables real-time monitoring and control, while remote communication support allows seamless integration with CNC and laser systems. Optional non-stop refilling and automatic powder mixing functions make this feeder ideal for multi-material processing and high-efficiency industrial laser manufacturing.
