Internal Laser Cutting Head for Fiber Laser Tube Cutting

Nipex Laser’s internal laser cutting head is designed for fiber laser tube cutting applications that require clean internal surfaces and high cutting stability. The internal cutting structure directs the laser beam outward from inside the tube, significantly reducing sparks, slag adhesion, and inner wall contamination. This solution is widely used for new energy vehicle battery housing tube cutting and other precision tubular components.

The cutting head features digital focus adjustment for accurate focal positioning across different tube diameters, wall thicknesses, and materials. Its lightweight, modular design enables easy integration into automated and robotic tube cutting systems while simplifying maintenance and optical replacement.

Supporting a minimum internal tube diameter of 33 mm, this internal tube laser cutting head is compatible with fiber laser sources and delivers reliable, repeatable performance in industrial tube processing.
